The Tennessee Titans have released their final Week 13 injury report ahead of the game against the Indianapolis Colts.

The biggest name we were keeping an eye on for when the Tennessee Titans released their final injury report of the week was running back Derrick Henry (hamstring). The Alabama product popped up on the injury report on Wednesday.

Well, after being limited on both Wednesday and Thursday, Henry was a full-go on Friday and carries no designation into the game against the Colts.

Here’s a look at the entire Titans injury report.

The biggest name to be ruled out for the Titans in Week 13 is cornerback LeShaun Sims (ankle). Sims was spotted in a walking boot earlier in the week and will miss the game against the Colts.

Sims was the replacement for fellow corner Malcolm Butler, who was placed on injured reserve after the Week 9 game against the Carolina Panthers when he reportedly suffered a broken wrist. Sims had played well for the most part in his absence.

In place the Sims, head coach Mike Vrabel said the Titans will deploy some combination of cornerbacks Joshua Kalu, who was one of the heroes of the Week 10 win over the Kansas City Chiefs, and cornerback Tye Smith.

Vrabel also mentioned corner Kareem Orr as another player who could see some time. It was Kalu who saw increased snaps in Week 12 when Sims got hurt.

Outside linebacker Reggie Gilbert (knee) didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday, but he was able to get in a full practice on Friday and is good to go for Sunday.

The Titans and Colts will kickoff their crucial divisional matchup on Sunday at 12 p.m. CST. The winner will move into second place in the AFC South and could end up tied record-wise with the Houston Texans if they lose to the New England Patriots.
