25. Miami Dolphins (via Houston Texans): D’Andre Swift RB, UGA

-With the board running out of special talents, Swift finds himself as the best player on the board with a team looking to make life as easy as possible for their rookie QB. At this point the Dolphins have added Justin Herbert, their new WR1 in Tee Higgins and a dynamic running back that can beat you on the ground or in the air.

Miami has all the money in the world and can work on adding talent on the offensive line later and/or in free agency but for now they get explosive weapons who can help carry the load for their new QB.

26. Buffalo Bills: Jonathan Taylor RB, Wisconsin

-Similar to the Dolphins, the Bills need to continue to make life easy for Josh Allen. I like Devin Singletary but he is splitting carries right now with Frank Gore and that is working well for everyone. This move keeps Singletary effective by keeping him in that rotational/backup role and it makes the Bills offense a little more threatening.

27. Green Bay Packers: Lavishka Shenault WR, Colorado

-This is my favorite pairing in the whole draft because I think this is a perfect scenario for every one.

Shenault gets to go to a team with Aaron Rodgers where his years of playing cold games will give him an edge over other receivers and make him more comfortable in crunch time as a rookie.

The Packers get a player similar to Randall Cobb who can be moved all over the field and who can be a big play element over the middle of the field.

I don’t know how this combination wouldn’t work unless Matt LaFleur just refuses to use him for some reason.

28. Seattle Seahawks: K’Lavon Chaisson EDGE, LSU

-With the best offensive linemen off the board, I decided to go after an EDGE to fix the mistake that the Seahawks made last year with L.J. Collier.

In Chaisson they get an explosive EDGE with moves but without much production. Pete Carroll has never been afraid of a challenge though and will sign off on this pick after seeing the success of another under performing LSU product: Danielle Hunter.
