There were three major takeaways from the Tennessee Titans Week 12 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Tennessee Titans found themselves in familiar territory as they comfortably defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 42-20 in their Week 12 AFC South showdown inside Nissan Stadium. The Titans have now defeated the Jaguars six straight times whenever they step foot on Tennessee soil.
Titans running back Derrick Henry once again exploded against his hometown team as he usually tends to do, meanwhile his quarterback, Ryan Tannehill, decided to once again make a statement to all of his doubters that he may be here for the long haul.
The defense played well as they often do, and it got back to holding an opponent to 20 points or less, something the defense consistently did through the first six weeks of the season.
This Titans team will be an extremely dangerous squad come January if they’re able to continue playing complete complimentary football the way that they have displayed that they’re capable of doing ever since Tannehill took over.
With all that being said, these are three of the main things I took away following the Titans’ dominating 22-point victory over the Jaguars.
