20. Chicago Bears (5-6)

Recap: Despite throwing for his highest yardage output of the 2019 season, Mitchell Trubisky still didn’t look great and threw two picks in the Chicago Bears’ 19-14 win over the New York Giants in Week 12. Also, the Bears once again couldn’t get anything going on the ground.

Outlook: Even when they win, the Bears look ugly on offense. If not for a putrid opponent this week and a great defense, Chicago could have lost this game. The Bears will hit the road to take on the fading Detroit Lions in Week 13.

19. Cleveland Browns (5-6)

Recap: The Cleveland Browns crushed the Miami Dolphins in Week 12 in a game that was never close. The Browns grabbed a 28-0 lead in the second quarter and never looked back. The win was the third in a row for Cleveland.

Outlook: The Browns look to finally be getting right, and have now put themselves in a position to at least be in consideration for a wild card spot, although it still might be too late for them. Cleveland has a chance to extend their winning streak to four games when they travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers next week.
