32. Cincinnati Bengals (0-11)

Recap: As has been the case all season, the Cincinnati Bengals played their opponent tight for much of the game, but simply couldn’t finish. Cincy and Pittsburgh were tied at 10 going into the fourth quarter, but the Bengals offense stalled from there on out and the Steelers were able to tack on a pair of field goals to take the lead and the win.

Outlook: The Bengals remain the only winless team in the NFL, which is fine because they’re in prime position to get the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, and that’s the best possible outcome this season can have. The Bengals host the New York Jets next week.

31. Washington Redskins (2-9)

Recap: For the first time since Week 6, the Washington Redskins put one in the win column. Rookie Dwayne Haskins was faced with a 16-13 deficit against the Detroit Lions in the fourth quarter, but was able to lead his team on two drives that resulted in field goals. Washington’s defense then picked Jeff Driskel off on the Lions’ last drive to take home the win.

Outlook: While it was nice to see Haskins finally win a game, the Redskins didn’t help their chances of landing as high of a draft pick as possible in 2020. Washington hits the road to take on the Carolina Panthers in Week 13.
