There are reasons for both optimism and concern for the Tennessee Titans in Week 12.

With the Tennessee Titans (5-5) set to face the Jacksonville Jaguars (4-6) for the second time this season in Week 12, there are things to be both optimistic and concerned about.

In their last meeting, the Jaguars’ defense stifled the Titans and took home a victory, 20-7. At the time, the Titans looked lost on offense and the Jaguars’ pass-rush absolutely dominated Tennessee’s offense line.

Things have definitely changed for both teams since then, so this isn’t simply a carbon-copy rematch of those same two teams that met in Week 3.

After hitting the road to take on the Jaguars last time, the Titans will be afforded the comfort of a home game at Nissan Stadium. The winner of this contest will be in third place in the AFC South, while the loser will go straight to the cellar of the division.

This game is a must-win for the Titans, who have yet to win a single contest within the division this season.

In reality, the Titans have almost no margin for error, as it’ll likely take a 5-1 record over the last six games to secure a playoff spot, whether that be through the Wild Card or the division.

Here are a few things to be both concerned and optimistic about in Week 12.
