14. L.A. Rams

Recap: The Rams are good again…right? Why is nothing coming easily to this team, every snap looks like a struggle and after all these years in this system the majority of the team should feel comfortable enough to teach it themselves.

Still, on every play I see Jared Goff confused if Sean McVay can’t tell him exactly where to throw the ball and the offensive line is getting killed when teams load the box up against them.

Defensively they are good and fun to watch, especially Jalen Ramsey and Aaron Donald. Having said that, there just feel like a lot of players that they need more from down the stretch like Clay Matthews and Dante Fowler.

Outlook: Tonight they took care of business and that is good, but can they make a run at the division title? I don’t think so.

With the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers looking like the teams to beat in that division, plus an Arizona Cardinals team that seems electric at times, I don’t know how much longer the Rams can stay in the conversation as one of the top teams in their division much less the conference or NFL as a whole.
