21. L.A. Chargers

The Chargers don’t play until Monday, but this is what we said about them last week:

"Recap: The Los Angeles Chargers were riding high going into their Week 10 game against the Oakland Raiders following two straight wins, but once again reverted back to their disappointing ways. Despite Melvin Gordon dominating for most of the game, Philip Rivers had arguably his worst game of the 2019 season, throwing three picks in the losing effort. Despite his poor performance, the Chargers found themselves down by two with the ball late in the fourth quarter, only to fall victim to yet another Rivers pick. Outlook: Just when the Chargers seemed to be getting back on track, things went from good to bad in the span of one night. Rivers is starting to be a problem more than a solution, and the Chargers look like they’re heading to a lost season that won’t involve a trip to the playoffs. That’s a far cry from the playoff contender this team was thought to be at the start of the 2019 season. The Chargers will look to right the ship in Week 11 against a Kansas City Chiefs squad that just suffered its own disappointing loss in Week 10."
