22. Jacksonville Jaguars

Recap: Over the last two games the Jacksonville Jaguars have lost by an average score of 30-8. Despite having a bye week and switching QBs so if they were looking for a spark they went looking in the wrong place.

Today was a complete flip from what was working for them which was (inexplicably) Leonard Fournette being force-fed. Instead they shifted to a pass heavy attack with Foles throwing 47 passes despite only having 6.3 yards per attempt.

For the Jags, the EDGEs and D.J. Chark were good in this game, but that is about it.

Outlook: This was a crucial game for the Jaguars and now that they have fallen to 4-6 and are fully behind the Titans.

They are staring at an awfully long climb if they are thinking about winning the AFC South any more. In fact, barring winning out they have probably moved themselves completely out of playoff contention which begs the question why they would bring back Foles instead of continuing to see what Gardner Minshew can be.

Next week they face the Tennessee Titans and Derrrick Henry after the Colts had not one, but two running backs top 100 yards rushing. That sounds like a dangerous recipe for a team going on the road vs a Titans team wanting redemption after a bye week.
