1. Logan Ryan: CB

If you haven’t read it yet, go back and check out this article on why re-signing Logan Ryan has to be the top priority for the Tennessee Titans this offseason and how it needs to get done now.

I go into more detail there, but just a summary of one of the points I made on Ryan’s great season this year:

"Right now Ryan is on pace for 7 sacks (or at least 6.5). In the recorded history of the NFL, no cornerback has had more than 6. We are literally watching Logan Ryan play at a historic pace and he is not getting enough credit for it."

Since he didn’t get a sack last week that number dropped a little bit, but here is a current projection of where he should finish the season thanks to quick math by Ian Kenyon:

I don’t know if you saw that last section, but he says that Ryan is having a season the likes of which we have never seen.

Are you kidding me? The guy moves inside and outside and plays equally well in the slot or on the boundary regardless of what type of receiver he is covering and he is STILL having a season this good?

How in the world could any sane person not think that someone performing at this level shouldn’t be in the Pro Bowl?
