Behind every great man, there’s a great woman, and I think it’s safe to say that’s the case with Taylor Lewan and his wife, Taylin.

With her husband Taylor Lewan committing brutal, drive-killing penalties on a weekly basis — the latest example of which was in Week 10 against the Kansas City Chiefs — Mrs. Lewan roasted her husband hard for his shortcomings.

On the first drive of the second half, Lewan pushed a Chiefs defender after a play was dead, resulting in an unnecessary roughness call. On the next play, Lewan committed a holding penalty that negated a 20-yard reception by Jonnu Smith, effectively killing the drive.

Those two penalties weren’t Lewan’s only blunders, though. He would later get pinched for a false start, bringing his penalty total up to three in the second half.

After the game, Mrs. Lewan absolutely roasted her husband with what is perhaps the most epic Instagram post and burn in football wife history. Thanks to AtoZ Sports Nashville for the screen grab.

This is so amazing, and really shows how great of a relationship these two have.

I’m sure Lewan is beating himself up over these penalties that are hurting his team. Hell, he was vocal about his issues following the game, and even called himself “a liability”.

And then here comes Mrs. Lewan to drop a little reality on her man to put him in his place. I love it.

Lewan has got to get these penalties cleaned up. Instead of talking about it, he needs to be about it.

The Titans’ margin for error the rest of the way is incredibly small and if this offense is ever going to get in rhythm and be more consistent, it can’t afford to have drives wrecked because of mental mistakes like these.

Next. Taylor Lewan calls himself "a liability" with penalties. dark

If Lewan really wants to be a leader in Tennessee and dispel Eddie George’s doubts about his status as such, he needs to lead by example, and that starts with being smarter, both on and off the field.
