5. New Orleans Saints (7-2)

Recap: You would think a matchup with the Atlanta Falcons would have been a gift-wrapped victory for an elite team like the New Orleans Saints, however this Week 10 matchup turned out to be quite the opposite. The Saints struggled mightily, failing to find the end zone at all against what has been a putrid Falcons. The losing effort was a major letdown for the Saints in what amounted to a loss to one of the worst teams in the NFL this season.

Outlook: With or without Drew Brees, the Saints have been rock solid in 2019, so this game was certainly an anomaly. The biggest issue here is that New Orleans now falls to two games back in the loss column to the NFC-leading San Francisco 49ers, which is a big blow to the Saints’ hopes of getting home-field advantage. New Orleans will look to get back on track next week with a game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the road.
