7. Houston Texans (6-3) – BYE

Recap: Head coach Bill O’Brien’s squad will get the week off, as the Houston Texans will enjoy their bye in Week 10 after smashing the Jacksonville Jaguars in London in Week 9. The Texans defense, which has been the biggest weakness of the team this season, held the Jaguars to just three points, and combined with Carlos Hyde, who scorched the Jaguars for 160 yards on the ground, there wasn’t much needed from Deshaun Watson to grab the win.

Outlook: With the Texans’ win and the Indianapolis Colts’ surprising loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 9, the Texans took over sole possession of first place as they head into the bye, and Houston will keep their spot after the Colts dropped one to the Dolphins in Week 10. The Colts beat Houston earlier in the season, but Houston and Indy square off once again in Week 12. For the Texans, they’ll have a chance to make a strong statement if they can beat the Baltimore Ravens on the road in Week 11.
