32. Cincinnati Bengals (0-9)

Recap: The Ryan Finley era did not get off to a great start in Cincinnati, as the Bengals rookie quarterback struggled mightily in his first start. The Bengals were only able to muster up 13 points in total and Finley turned the ball over twice, while also failing to break the 200-yard mark through the air. Cincinnati fell behind 28-3 in the second quarter and that was far too much for this inept offense to overcome.

Outlook: It doesn’t matter who is behind center for the Bengals, whether that be Finley or Andy Dalton, this team is just plain awful. At this point, losses are the best outcome this team can hope for, which is probably why Cincy decided to roll with Finley over Dalton in the first place. With the loss, the Bengals remain as the only team without a win in 2019 and their road to the No. 1 overall pick continues to get better with the Dolphins notching their second win in Week 10. The Bengals will hit the road to take on the Oakland Raiders in Week 11.
