20. Jacksonville Jaguars (4-5) – BYE

Recap: The Gardner Minshew show might have seen its final act of the 2019 season in Week 9, and it wasn’t a good finale. Minshew did throw for over 300 yards, but he also threw two picks and lost two fumbles in a game that saw the Jacksonville Jaguars score just three points. Meanwhile, the Jags’ defense was owned by Houston Texans running back Carlos Hyde, who totaled 160 yards on the ground. To compare, the Jaguars saw just 40 rushing yards from their starting back, Leonard Fournette, who had been playing great of late.

Outlook: The Jags are making the switch back to Nick Foles, who injured his collarbone in the first game of the season and is coming off of injured reserve in Week 11. It was a nice run for Minshew mania, but at the end of the day Foles is the more proven player and was always going to get his shot to return, if for nothing else than the hefty amount of money he is being paid. Foles will be tested immediately upon his return, as he draws a road matchup with the Indianapolis Colts in Week 11.
