Had Patrick Mahomes not been cleared to play in this game due to his knee injury, the Titans may have had a shot at winning this game. Heck, they still do. If they can establish the run game early against this weak Chiefs front seven, the Titans may have a chance to pull off the upset.

However, this Titans defense, which will be missing Jurrell Casey, Jayon Brown, and Malcolm Butler due to injury, will struggle to contain this high octane Chiefs offense, even with Mahomes presumably not being as mobile as he usually is.

This is yet another must-win game for the Titans, and I think they could put up some sort of fight against the Chiefs, but with all of their injury issues, I just don’t see it happening. The Chiefs will win this game with relative ease, as the Titans’ season slips away even further.

Final score prediction: Chiefs 31, Titans 14
