The Tennessee Titans have reasons for both optimism and concern going into their Week 10 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs.

With the Tennessee Titans currently struggling through what has been an up-and-down season in 2019, the last thing this team needed was a matchup with one of the league’s elite teams, the Kansas City Chiefs.

However, this is Tennessee’s reality in Week 10. If the Titans want to keep their playoff hopes at least somewhat alive, they’ll have to get a huge home win against the cream of the crop of their conference.

Kansas City is coming into this game off a win in Week 9 against a talented Minnesota Vikings team. The Chiefs notched that win without the services of their star quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, who has missed the team’s last two games after exiting the Week 7 game against the Denver Broncos early with a knee injury.

When Mahomes originally suffered the injury, it looked as though the Titans might catch a break and miss the star quarterback for this contest, however there is a chance Mahomes comes back right on time for the Titans to have to deal with him.

With or without Mahomes, the Chiefs are a good team because of the amount of talent they possess on both sides of the ball, and particularly on offense.

So, what should Titans fans specifically be optimistic and concerned about going into Week 10?
