What does the future look like for the Tennessee Titans?

The Tennessee Titans are facing an offseason of change whether they like it or not, so fans need to educate themselves as much as possible before those moves start being made.

Ignoring whether or not Mike Vrabel will be the head coach or not after 2019, the fact is that the entire offensive coaching staff has done nothing less than a terrible job despite being given resources to succeed.

The inability to turn this much talent into an average offense is inexcusable and in game decisions continue to look foolish in both concept and execution.

All of that is important because it is going to come up, but go ahead and assume that all of this is contingent on the offensive staff being upgraded after the season but sadly not before (hence the draft order).

After a 4-4 start, it sure feels like the Titans are staring over the edge of a cliff after moving to 4-5. It feels that way and it is exactly what the data says too.
