5. Big changes need to be made NOW

The biggest indictments of head coach Mike Vrabel and general manager Jon Robinson in 2019 is their apparent lack of willingness to change things up. Despite the same issues popping up over and over again this season, there hasn’t been a shred of change.

The offensive line still stinks, yet offensive line coach Keith Carter still has a job. The offense has been better with Ryan Tannehill behind center, yet it still looks clueless in totality when talking about play-calling and the use of offensive personnel.

Tennessee needs changes and needs them now. Someone has got to get fired for the circus that is this offense, and not doing so is simply allowing an entire season to go to waste. Granted, this season might be over at this point already with the Titans needing to be damn-near perfect from here on out, but it doesn’t hurt to at least try and do something different.

Personally, I wouldn’t mind a total overhaul from the head coach down, but I don’t think Vrabel is going to get fired unless the Titans lose every game from here on out. I can, however, at least settle for a shake-up in the rest of the coaching staff, and that starts with Smith and Carter.
