The Titans head on the road for the first time in two weeks as they head to Carolina to take on the Panthers.

Panthers quarterback Kyle Allen suffered his first loss as a starting quarterback last week and will be looking to redeem himself. However, a Dean Pees led defense that currently ranks fourth in the league will prove to be too much for the young quarterback as exotic looks will likely confuse Allen early and often.

New Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill will be starting in his first road game since taking over and I expect him, along with Derrick Henry to play very well as the Titans win a close one.

Prediction: Titans 26 Panthers 24

Prediction Summary

The picks are almost evenly split with the Panthers edging out the Titans 4-2 in the predictions, but only one person predicted a double digit win for either team and that was a 10 point Carolina win predicted by Brian.

It feels like a very close game and in close games the home team usually gets the nod, which means that if the Titans really want to prove that they are an above average team, the next step they need to take is to win a close game like this on the road.
