The biggest concern for the Titans – as is the case in every game – will be protecting the quarterback, no matter what an opposing pass-rush has done earlier in the season. This game sets up as an utter disaster for Tennessee, as Carolina has notched the second-most sacks in the NFL this season and has only played seven games.

Until the Titans prove they can establish the run early in a game, it’s hard to imagine them doing it here, even against a very exploitable Panthers run defense. Henry will get his solid gains, but it remains to be seen if he can get enough to slow this talented Carolina pass-rush.

Tannehill will struggle against said pass-rush and a stingy Panthers pass defense, with both making it difficult for him to utilize his weapons through the air. This will be a low-scoring affair with the Panthers offense struggling as well, however Carolina has the best player on the field in Christian McCaffrey, who will wreck this game all by himself.

Prediction: Panthers 20, Titans 17
