26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Recap: Every Jameis Winston game is kinda the same. He will throw the ball into tight windows and make bad decisions. While that frequently ends up with the Bucs losing, there are times where things break in just the right way and the offense looks good.

Mike Evans and Chris Godwin are one of the best wide receiver tandems in the NFL today and they can bail the quarterback out frequently, but at the end of the day when this became a QB duel they were never going to win.

Outlook: The Bucs have to completely scrap this thing going forward and if they win any more games they may need to start considering a world where they move on from some big name players like Mike Evans (trade) and O.J. Howard (trade) in order to get their QB of the future.

Defensively they are a mess and if teams are committed to passing against the Bucs, which makes it incredibly difficult to survive in the NFL today.
