Winner: Jonnu Smith and Tajae Sharpe

It isn’t hard to see Jonnu Smith and Tajae Sharpe have great games right in front of our eyes and realize in the moment that they look very good.

Earlier today I looked up an interesting stat. Among tight ends in the NFL with more than 10 receptions, here is a list of guys averaging more than 15 yards per catch: #Titans

Jonnu Smith: 15.9 yards per catch on 15 receptions

That’s it. That is the list.

So to say that he has done well with Ryan Tannehill at QB is an understatement and he is proving Jon Robinson right for drafting him in the third round.

A later round pick from Robinson’s first draft class is also having a great year, former 5th rounder Tajae Sharpe.

This year Tajae Sharpe has been really good on the sideline making tight catches with little room to work. Not only that, but he also has looked good in the most difficult part of the field which is of course the endzone.

With TD catches in back to back weeks and a 47-yard bomb against Jalen Ramsey to show that he isn’t just a one note guy, Sharpe has really done a lot for himself in a contract year and he is going to get a nice pay day after this season and help a team out.
