Winner: Harold Landry

Another day and another play made by Harold Landry rushing off the edge with pure speed.

This week, it was another strip sack that ended up giving the Titans the ball and led to the infamous fake punt from Mike Vrabel. While many people are focusing on how Tennessee ruined that drive, instead think about how they started that drive.

This season Harold Landry is on pace for 10 sacks, 7 TFLs, 4 forced fumbles, and 12 more QB hits. When you watch the tape and see how often he isn’t being used correctly, it can be frustrating but the fact that he is making the most of the plays where he is allowed to use his best weapon are encouraging.

Landry is “the guy” for the Titans on the edge. While you can never have enough pass rushers, it is fair to say that with the way the Titans use their EDGEs, adding a high draft pick to this position would just be a waste since that player would end up rushing into coverage or jamming tight ends more often than not.
