12. Philadelphia Eagles

Recap: I don’t think the Buffalo Bills are world beaters, but going into Buffalo is tough to do when they have every reason to think that they are going to beat you and they are rested up. Instead, the Eagles brought it to the Bills and after a hard fought opening to the contest, the Eagles ended up dominating the game.

Outlook: The Eagles are talented enough to win any ball game, but inconsistent enough to lose any game as well. I don’t have any faith that they are going to win on a week to week basis, but the thing is that when they get hot and can run the ball, I don’t know how you effectively stop them.

Defensively they seem to be rolling a little bit on the line and with a likely trade for a cornerback in the works, we could be on the precipice of seeing a more consistent and better team in just a week or so.

Maybe no team has more to gain at the trade deadline than the Eagles and they are certainly active enough to make that move based on history, with only the Titans and Patriots being close to as active as Philadelphia in the trade market.
