NFL Power Rankings Week 9: Ryan Tannehill leads Titans to win streak

20. Arizona Cardinals

Recap: Like with the Cleveland Browns and the New England Patriots, I didn’t expect the Cardinals to be the team that took out the New Orleans Saints and an angry Drew Brees with something to prove.

Still, this is a ranking based more on which team I think would be the hardest for everyone to beat in a vacuum. I believe that Kyler Murray, those weapons on offense and Patrick Peterson/Chandler Jones on defense gives them enough to really scare any team in the NFL on a week to week basis.

Outlook: Long term I like the Cardinals, though I think the next year or so could mean the loss of a great leader in Larry Fitzgerald and possible some of their key defensive players that I mentioned before.

It is going to take a lot of investment in the offensive and defensive line to make this team really good, but if they can ever get that then they could be extremely fun to watch unless you are the opposing DC.
