24. Los Angeles Chargers

Recap: The Chargers managed to beat the Chicago Bears this afternoon and remind everyone that they are a team that you still have to try to beat or else they will catch you sleeping late.

Joey Bosa has 4 sacks in the last two games and is really picking up heat, and while it looks like he will have the second worst season of anyone with the last name Bosa, that could still be enough for a Pro Bowl nod.

Outlook: Philip Rivers is going to be motivated by his contract year and the rumors that the Chargers could be looking at quarterback prospects this offseason. Not only that, but QBs tend to have one final standout year before crashing into the oblivion of retirement and it feels like Rivers has one more year left in him after this one.

Can the team string together enough wins to take this to the next level and make the post season? I am skeptical, but if they ever decide to give the ball to the right players and make smart decisions, they do have the talent to at least threaten for the post season.
