Pay Logan Ryan

Earlier in the week there was a rumor that made its away around social media that the Titans were allegedly shopping cornerback Logan Ryan. This undoubtedly raised the eyebrows of many, as Ryan has consistently been the best cornerback on a strong Titans defense.

Those rumors need to be put to rest in a strong way by giving Ryan the extension that he unquestionably deserves. Against the Buccaneers, Ryan was all over the field and was consistently disrupting Tampa Bay’s passing game with his coverage and/or blitzing skills.

Whether The former New England Patriot corner back was laying out to break up passes in the secondary or was as a blitzing off the edge, Ryan made his presence felt on Sunday afternoon.

The Titans cornerback has performed at a high level ever since he signed on the dotted line in Tennessee three years ago and general manager Jon Robinson must find a way to keep Ryan in two-tone blue for the foreseeable future. Ryan finished the day with eight total tackles, one sack, and one interception in the Titans’ exhilarating 27-23 victory over the Buccaneers.
