Powered by new starting quarterback in Ryan Tannehill, the Tennessee Titans narrowly won against the Los Angeles Chargers last week. The Titans red zone defense has been phenomenal since head coach Mike Vrabel took over the team last season.

That stingy defense is going to be needed against two of the NFL’s best receivers in Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.

The Titans’ secondary has silently been improving over the season with Logan Ryan and Kevin Byard leading the charge. While I expect the Titans to give up yards through the air all game long, I anticipate the Bucs to struggle in putting up touchdowns and to settle for field goals. Byard is a ball-hawk and can really create trouble for a “loosey-goosey” Jameis Winston.

If the Titans can hold the time of possession on the ground against the tough Bucs run defense, then they have a real shot at winning this game. The Bucs’ secondary is abysmal and Tannehill should not struggle through the air. Last week, we saw the reemergence of Corey Davis and that will continue this week as the Titans steal a win.
