Rodger Saffold, LG

This is a specific trade to one team, the L.A. Rams.

With Kevin Pamphile and Nate Davis capable of starting at guard for the Titans and an insane infatuation with Jamil Douglas means that they have a few guard options that they like.

Saffold has really struggled this year and while he had a strong rebound on Sunday, the Titans would probably take a do-over if they could.

However, I think the problem is more on the coaching staff than the talent and maybe the Rams would agree. Speaking of the Rams, they have the worst guards in the NFL right now and are desperately regretting letting Saffold walk away.

He was a great fit in their scheme and with that OL coach, so why not offer everyone a chance to just take a step back and fix this problem.

Even if Saffold didn’t work out for the Rams next year, they could cut him when his contract becomes voidable.

I don’t know what is in it for the Titans since the Rams don’t really have any draft picks. Maybe Tennessee could raid that running back room and come away with someone long term or a supplement to the current group, but it would get Saffold off the books long term and give them some flexibility going forward.
