Tajae Sharpe, WR

This one may feel like it is coming out of left field, but we just saw Emmanuel Sanders and Mohamed Sanu get traded for the equivalent of 2nd round picks. I’m not saying that Tajae Sharpe is that caliber of player right now, or that he has that body of work but he probably deserves more work than he is getting.

This weekend he caught a touchdown and he has looked really good making catches on the boundary and working in those confined spaces. Meanwhile, the Green Bay Packers are forcing Aaron Rodgers to throw to 4 UDFAs while Davante Adams heals up.

In my mind, someone should be looking to offer a Day 3 pick for Sharpe and they should view him as their low end WR2 or high end WR3.

Preseason star WRs Kalif Raymond and Cody Hollister are both on the practice squad and if you are already committed to the big three (Corey Davis, A.J. Brown and Adam Humphries) with a room of tight ends that can make plays, then why not try to help yourself long term and give Sharpe a chance to show off before he hits free agency?
