Winner: Ryan Tannehill, QB

I mean look, let’s talk about the elephant in the room.

Tannehill had a near perfect game if you take out an interception caused by Arthur Smith thinking it was a good idea to line up his pass catching tight end one-one-one with Uchenna Nwosu who has 15 solo tackles, 1 sack, 3 TFLs and now a “forced fumble interception” (trademark pending on that new stat) since starting two weeks ago.

His first pass down the field wasn’t perfect, but as he kept playing he got more and more confident and he seems to be living by the mantra that his guys are supposed to win at the catch point.

Looking like a man with nothing to lose, Tannehill was throwing on the move and across his body and in tight coverage and it was working.

There were some other issues I guess, he did drift right into a sack/fumble by the better version of J.J. Watt– I mean Joey Bosa, also the pass that he threw to Firkser (which he did say was to Firkser) looked like he missed Jonnu on the move and AF just made a play.

Still, if the problem is that one of your explosive plays was an accident you are living right.
