29. Atlanta Falcons (1-6)

Recap: If nothing else, you’d think the Atlanta Falcons could lean on their offense with their defense acting like a sieve, but it too failed them on Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams in a blowout loss. Atlanta was unable to get anything going on the ground, which has been the case all season, and Matt Ryan failed to break 200 yards through the air or throw a touchdown, and he was forced to leave the game early with an injury. It wasn’t until Matt Schaub entered the game late in the fourth that the Falcons were able to score a touchdown.

Outlook: This season is all but over for Atlanta. After notching a Week 2 win against the Philadelphia Eagles, the Falcons have now lost five straight and have looked absolutely dreadful doing it. Dan Quinn should rightfully be on the hot seat, as the Falcons continue to underachieve under their head coach. Week 8 presents another likely loss for the Falcons, as they host the Seattle Seahawks at home. We’ll see if Ryan is healthy enough to play in that one.
