6. Minnesota Vikings (5-2)
Recap: The Minnesota Vikings were embroiled in a back-and-forth game with the Detroit Lions for much of the Week 7 contest, however the Vikes were able to pull away late for the win. With a slim 28-24 lead going into the fourth quarter, Minnesota would score a touchdown with under six minutes remaining to take a two-score lead. The Lions would answer, but another score on a run by Dalvin Cook with under two minutes to play secured the “W” for the Vikings.
Outlook: After some turmoil a few weeks back, the Vikings are rolling now and have won three straight games, leaving their issues behind them. Stefon Diggs is getting the ball and putting up big numbers, and Kirk Cousins has been playing much better of late. After a tough, divisional win, the Vikings will return home to take on the bottom-feeding Washington Redskins.
