23. Cleveland Browns (2-4) – BYE

Recap: After getting absolutely embarrassed in Week 5 against the San Francisco 49ers, the Cleveland Browns came back to life in Week 6 in a hard-fought loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The Browns took a late lead in the fourth quarter, but the defense was unable to stop Russell Wilson en route to a drive that led to a game-winning touchdown run by Chris Carson. Baker Mayfield had one last opportunity to win with Cleveland down by four, but the second-year pro saw an all-too familiar end to his comeback hopes: he threw a pick that essentially sealed the deal for the loss.

Outlook: With the Browns sitting at 2-4 and facing questions about head coach Freddie Kitchens and his quarterback, Cleveland goes straight into the meat grinder after their Week 7 bye with a road tilt against the New England Patriots in Week 8. With the Pats defense playing at an elite level in 2019, this game is shaping up to be another dreadful performance for Mayfield, who is quickly garnering the overrated label.
