Ryan Tannehill historically has played well against the Chargers. In four games facing them, he boasts a 3-1 record, throwing for 1012 yards, six touchdowns, and just two interceptions on 83-of-127 passing.

However, the key to this game is to feed Derrick Henry and get him going, as the Chargers have allowed 120.5 yards per game so far this season.

On the flip side, Philip Rivers has struggled over the past two games, turning the ball over five times. While the Chargers have only allowed 12 sacks on the season, Rivers has very seldom had enough time to get rid of the ball, being hit 32 times this season according to NFL.com. The Titans are tied for seventh in the league with 18 sacks, so getting after Rivers will be important in this game.

The TItans have only won 1 of their last 12 match-ups with the chargers, so history is not on their side. However, even with the TItans’ offensive struggles, the defense will be too much for a weakened Chargers offensive line.

Prediction: Titans 17, Chargers 10
