5. Jack Conklin

Jack Conklin had an amazing rookie campaign in 2016, giving up just one sack and being named a first team All-Pro.

He had a slight regression in 2017, but was still considered one of the better right tackles in the league. Then, in the Divisional Playoff game against the New England Patriots, he tore his ACL.

Since then, he just has not been the same. He missed the majority of last season due to his recovery from the ACL tear, a concussion, and then another knee injury in Week 14.

The Titans declined his fifth-year option in his contract, which makes him a free agent in 2020, but they could look to trade him before the deadline to ensure they’ll at least get something in exchange for him, as it doesn’t appear likely that he will be extended past this season.

Dennis Kelly, who filled in for Taylor Lewan for the first four weeks of the season due to suspension, played right tackle last season in Conklin’s absence and did a pretty decent job.

Conklin still has the potential to get back to his rookie season form, and maybe it would serve him well to find a new home.
