NFL Power Rankings Week 7: Titans collapse and bench Marcus Mariota

9. team. 16. . . Previous: 9th. Buffalo Bills

Pros: One of the elite defenses in the NFL, the Bills are more than the sum of their parts and look like a group that could win any game in the NFL with just a little help from their offense. The guy leading the offense isn’t special, but Josh Allen is sort of like Ryan Fitzpatrick. What I mean is, he won’t win you games consistently, but his athleticism is enough to keep you in it when he isn’t turning the ball over.

Cons: Better offenses are going to have a way to muster 14-17 points no matter who is on defense, but I’m not sure the Bills can be counted on that kind of production on offense. Can they find another way to score points consistently besides TE passes and scrambles? Time will tell, but that may be exactly what pushes them out of the top-10 at the end of the year.

Also, a close win against the Tennessee Titans doesn’t look as impressive now as it looks like the Titans forgot how to score points once they left Atlanta.
