23. team. 48. . . Previous: 19th. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Pros: The Buccaneers are such a strange team because on the rare occasion where Jameis Winston doesn’t throw 10 picks, they look like they have all the right players to be fun. They have Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, O.J. Howard, Cameron Brate, and Ronald Jones on offense and then the defense has Kwon Alexander, Devin White, Ndamukong Suh, and Shaq Barrett.

Cons: The bad news is that they are a QB away, but the QB is so bad they are really like a QB and a half away. While Winston can sling it all over the field, he hasn’t learned a single positive lesson since his first year in college and isn’t afraid of giving the ball away to any defender who asks.

Between that and the offensive line of the Bucs, there is no way to predict when and where the mistakes might happen on offense but I can guarantee you that they are going to happen. Still, it is a fun disaster to watch thanks to the previously mentioned players.
