Concern: Von Miller and the O-line
The biggest concern the Titans will have in any game the rest of the way is their offensive line, and it isn’t even close.
Tennessee has allowed 22 sacks through five games, but in reality it’s in four because the Titans didn’t allow a single sack in Week 4 thanks to quarterback Marcus Mariota throwing the ball away four times in that game.
Edge rusher Von Miller has been quiet this year with just two sacks in five games, but taking him lightly would be the football equivalent of suicide. He’s still an elite pass-rusher in the NFL and the Titans better be ready for him or else he can wreck this game.
On the bright side, the Broncos have just five sacks as a team, which is the fewest in the NFL.
Regardless, the Bills didn’t come into Week 5 with a gaudy sack total by any stretch, and they were able to notch five. At the end of the day, if the offensive line plays like garbage, opposing defenses are going to get their sacks. It’s time for the O-line to step up, plain and simple.
