1. Can you demand more than words from the players?

When Mike Vrabel came to the Titans, I expected to see a team that competed every single game and a culture that bought in to the idea that Tennessee deserved a championship.

While some players do show that personality and grit, they are all players that were vetted and drafted by Jon Robinson. How many of the offseason free agents that were brought in under Vrabel have come in and really seemed to buy into the culture?

It just seems like his message is only going so far at this point and that the team believes that they are going to be a franchise that has to win 20-17 type games where anything more than two offensive touchdowns is a luxury.

in the NFL today, that is the wrong mindset and I just don’t know whether or not Vrabel is getting the most out of a roster that I think is very good.

Do we really think that this is all the Titans roster is capable of? Devil’s Advocate, the Titans are a good kicker away from being 4-1, but should the margin of error have to be so small?
