Here are the inactives for both the Tennessee Titans and Buffalo Bills for the Week 5 matchup at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Tennessee Titans and Buffalo Bills have both released their list of inactives for the Week 5 game on Sunday.
The biggest name Titans fans were keeping an eye out for was edge rusher Cameron Wake, who was listed as questionable on Friday with a hamstring injury.
Wake will be inactive for the Titans on Sunday, while fellow edge rusher Sharif Finch will play after being inactive in Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons. It makes sense to keep Wake inactive to protect from further injury in slick and rainy conditions.
Here’s a look at the full list of inactives for both teams.

Both right guard Kevin Pamphile and running back David Fluellen were officially ruled out on Friday.
Fluellen was also moved to Injured Reserve and star left tackle Taylor Lewan replaced him on the active roster. The Titans are now carrying 11 offensive lineman in total, but we expect that to change after this week. We broke down the three most likely replacements for Flu.
As for Pamphile, head coach Mike Vrabel said the right guard was still a week away, so we could see his return in Week 6 against the Denver Broncos. While it remains to be seen how that will affect rookie Nate Davis‘ playing time, it could spell the end for Jamil Douglas.
One of the bigger names on the Bills we were looking out for during the week was quarterback Josh Allen. Of course, Allen was cleared on Saturday, so it’s no surprise he’s officially active for this game. Backup QB Matt Barkley would have gotten the nod in his place.
Bills running back Devin Singletary will be inactive, which is a big loss for Buffalo’s offense.
