20. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-3)

Recap: The Jacksonville Jaguars fell behind early to the Carolina Panthers, but the legend of Gardner Minshew wasn’t going quietly into the night. Instead, the Jags battled back to within one point, only to allow a 59-yard touchdown run to Reggie Bonnafon that the Jags failed to answer in the final three minutes.

Pros: Despite his fumble that resulted in a touchdown, Minshew had himself a solid game with 374 yards and two touchdowns, to go along with 42 yards on the ground. Leonard Fournette had a strong game for the second week in a row with 101 rushing yards and a score, and the Jags offense showed some fight while trailing a team with a good defense.

Cons: You’d think a team with the kind of talent on defense that the Jags have would be able to win with a 27-point effort from its offense, but that was not the case here. The Jags defense let them down in Week 5, and it appears there’s no end in sight to the Jalen Ramsey drama.

Outlook: Even with the turmoil surrounding Ramsey’s trade demand, the Jaguars remain competitive and look to have a promising player behind center. We’ll see if that is enough when they take on one of the NFL’s best teams in Week 6, the New Orleans Saints.
