Shaun Calderon:

The Titans got back to their winning ways last week with an impressive victory over the Atlanta Falcons.

This weeks matchup against the Buffalo Bills will tell a lot about this 2019 Tennessee Titans team. While this is a game that the Titans should win, they have historically underwhelmed in these types of games in years past. Especially following an impressive performance the week prior.

Tennessee has lost their last two meetings with Buffalo by a combined two points – including a 13-12 loss last year that was considered by many as the worst loss of the season.

Tennessee isn’t facing a backup QB, but they are facing a QB that got minimal “real” reps in practice in preparation for the Tennessee Titans defense.

They need to take advantage of this opportunity and I believe Dean Pees and the Titans defense will do just that.

I expect Mariota to continue his impressive play on the offensive end and the Titans will eventually pull away for their first home victory of the season.
