Delanie Walker

You may have noticed on that only around 10% of the yards allowed by the Buffalo Bills are going to the tight end, a figure that is 3rd best in the NFL right now.

For a team like the Titans that run so many multi-TE formations, this should signal the time to change the offense into a more pass heavy look.

The best way to do that would be to use three wide receivers and spread everything out, forcing the Bills to adjust and go to their nickel package or you could exploit the safety/linebacker that they move to the slot.

Either way, this means that a slightly banged up Delanie Walker is probably used best this week as a very specific threat in 3rd and short and redzone situations.

I still believe that Walker is going to be a big factor in this passing game, but with the Denver Broncos on the schedule next week it just seems like a much better idea to use Walker more in Week 6 when he is completely healthy rather than trying to force him on the field now.
