Incomplete

There are a few players that we just haven’t seen enough of (or any of) to make any sort of judgement on so I will add them here with some notes on what to expect if we do see them.

1st round pick, Jeffery Simmons, DT

-Obviously Simmons was a star in college and people said that he was a top-10 lock before his injury. How much the torn ACL has affected him is something to question, but the coaching staff and front office seem to love him as a person and they have been very impressed with his rehab.

5th round pick, D’Andre Walker, EDGE

-Just when camp was starting to pick up for Walker he was put on injured reserve and his season was over. Dealing with a sport’s hernia after his final season at Georgia, there was always concern over his availability to play this year which is why he went so late.

If the Titans get a healthy Walker next year and he plays up to his standard then this pick will be great, but we won’t see Walker anytime soon.

6th round pick, David Long, LB

-Long was really fun to watch in the preseason and he reminded me so much of Jayon Brown. He flew to the ball and seemed to be everywhere and was full of energy between snaps, so I like him a lot as a special teams/backup LB down the road.
