4. Tennessee Titans (2-2)

Week 4 ranking: 4th

Despite a convincing 24-10 win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 4, the Titans remain in the cellar of the AFC South power rankings, mostly because of losses to the Colts and Jags in consecutive weeks. It’ll be hard to put the Titans above those two teams until they get a win over either one.

Regardless, things are looking up for Tennessee. Not only did quarterback Marcus Mariota and wide receiver A.J. Brown have their best games of the 2019 season on Sunday, but the Titans defense continued to prove its elite status after shutting down a dangerous Falcons offense.

Furthermore, Tennessee is getting back star left tackle Taylor Lewan in Week 5, and rookie right guard Nate Davis is finally playing, and did so in Week 4. After struggling mightily to protect Mariota through the first three games, the Titans O-line is finally at full strength.

The Titans are going into a Week 5 home contest against the Buffalo Bills with a full head of steam and plenty of momentum. Tennessee might also catch a break, with quarterback Josh Allen being in the concussion protocol, thus leaving his status up in the air.
