The Cincinnati Bengals get a bump because they haven’t played yet and they really don’t seem like they should be that low on this list.

At some point the Bengals are going to get A.J. Green back and with a rookie head coach who spent a whole offseason thinking about how he was going to run an offense around Green, that is a huge deal.

I still have some confidence in the pass rush and the passing attack in Cincinnati, and ultimately that is enough to keep you out of the pit of despair below this despite the fact that the results suggest that they are one of the worst few teams in the NFL.
