Did you know that the 49ers have the 3rd best point differential in the NFL? It isn’t talked a lot, but that is huge for a team that many people seem to already have written off.

Similar to the Tennessee Titans, the 49ers win with efficient offense and a defense that creates turnovers and prevents big plays.

This is a winning strategy and it translates very well to the later months when things get colder and receivers like getting hit less and less.

With Jimmy Garoppolo really not playing well, you have to think that the ceiling is high for the 49ers if they can ever get their franchise QB playing up to the numbers and tape that he put up earlier in his career.

A stout defense and an efficient offense are great, but you need good play from your quarterback if you are ever going to make a run in the playoffs.
