The Buffalo Bills defense is outstanding and they should get a ton of credit for what they have done this season. My concern isn’t with the defense at all, that is top-5 caliber.
This is the stat that concerns me the most. Only 9 teams have scored less than the Bills this season and if you take out the Chicago Bears, all of those other eight teams have a combined record of 1-27-1.
That is a terrifying concept that means that if the Bills defense slips up even a little bit, they are at risk of falling completely off a cliff.
In addition to that small margin of error, they just potentially lost Josh Allen to a concussion from a very questionable hit from the New England Patriots.
For a team that needs everything to go right, I am going to be cautiously pessimistic and assume an eventual regression.
